This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Chaitanya Platinum in Pune. I bought a 2 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1162 sq.ft. The price was 1.05 Cr. I liked the fact that it is ready to move, so I could shift immediately. The project has a children's play area and a gymnasium, which are great amenities. The location near Mitcon is developing well. My only concern is that the OC received date is not available, which makes me a little nervous. However, the developer, Chaitanya develope, seems to have completed the project back in June 2010, so I am hoping it is all in order.
