We were looking for something ready to move in Dwarka and CGHS Shubham Apartments fit the bill. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 1400 to 1650 square feet built up area. The location is decent, close to Sector 21 Metro Station which is only a 4-minute drive, making our commute easier. We liked the idea of being near Prudence Schools, though we don't have kids yet. The price point felt a little high for us, around 2.03 crore, but the convenience of immediate possession was a major factor. Parking seems like it could be a challenge once more residents move in, as the spaces look quite tight. We are hoping the CGHS Group addresses this soon.
