The area in Sohna, Sector 32-33 is developing, and the price range of 1.22 Cr for the studio seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move property. Central Park has a decent track record. The project offegood amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are attractive for renteMy main reservation is the lack of an OC, which is unusual for a project completed in December 2021.
