I was attracted by the government's focus on the electric vehicle industry, and this area is being positioned as a hub for that. The promise of significant investment and job creation is encouraging for future property value appreciation. The project is ready to move, having been completed in January 2024. Amenities like 24x7 water supply and security are essential, and they are provided. While the location is developing, I do find the road leading to the project from NH-65 could be better maintained. It's a bit narrow and dusty at times.
