Relocating to Pune for work at OM HOSPITAL, which is conveniently close to Celestia. This proximity is a huge factor for me. The Lexicon School is also right there, which is good to know for the future. The 2 BHK flats have carpet areas between 614 and 680 square feet. The pricing between 45.5 Lakh and 51.5 Lakh is within my budget. I saw the site and liked the focus on ample natural light and cross-ventilation in the flats. However, Fuungi can get quite dusty with all the ongoing construction in the area, which is a minor concern. Lohia Jain Malpani Properties is building this project, and it is currently under construction, expected to be ready by December 2028. I need to check connectivity to other parts of the city.
