We appreciate the inclusion of a gymnasium and a toddle' pool. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the feeling of security. However, the price, which goes up to 2.28 Crore, is quite steep, and we had to stretch our budget significantly. The construction quality seems good, and the common areas are well-maintained.
