    I bought a 3 BHK here at Ceebros Saikailash a few months ago. The size is quite spacious, 1246 square feet carpet area, which feels good for a single peon who likes having space. The location in Valmiki Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur is decent, close to Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital at a short distance. The price of approximately 1.97 crore was what I managed to negotiate down to. My main concern is the distance to the main road; you have to navigate through smaller streets for a bit. Also, the solid waste management system is functional, but I hope it's maintained well in the long run. The developer, Ceebros Property Development, delivered it ready to move, which was a big plus for my immediate need.
