I looked at the 2 BHK options, specifically one around 584 square feet, as my parents prefer a manageable size. The price range of 16.18 Lakh to 40.08 Lakh allowed me to find something within my budget for them. The location is decent, and it's good that Jeevan Sumyuktha Hospitals Private Limited is nearby at nearby, which provides peace of mind. My only concern was the slightly narrow lane leading to the project from the main GST Road, which might be a minor inconvenience for my parents during their visits.

As teache, we needed more space for our growing family and decided to upgrade from our rented apartment. CC Mount View in Singaperumal Koli offered 2 BHK flats with built-up areas ranging from 584 to 1293 square feet, which gave us good options. We selected a flat around 700 square feet. The budget of 16.18 Lakh to 40.08 Lakh was manageable for us, and we got a decent unit for about 25 Lakh. Being ready to move was a huge plus. The only drawback is the distance to our school, which is close to Mahindra World School, making the daily commute a bit long. Overall, the space is good and the price felt fair.

We were impressed with the variety in the 2 BHK configurations, with built-up areas from 584 square feet up to 1293 square feet. We chose a unit that gave us plenty of room. The project is ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. While the location near GST Road is good for connectivity, the dust from the ongoing road work nearby was noticeable during our visits. We also felt the pricing, particularly for the larger units, was a bit on the higher side, pushing towards the 40.08 Lakh mark. However, the size and readiness made it a viable choice for us.
