The price of 1.24 Cr was at the higher end of my budget, but the premium materials and finishes are noticeable. Contour Buildcon Pvt Ltd has ensured the project is ready to move in, and the proximity to DND flyover is excellent for my hospital commute. The clubhouse and unique terrace kids play area are good features. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but I expect that to settle.
