    We recently moved into Catalyst Ananta and are finding it quite comfortable. The 4 BHK villa we bought has a built-up area of around 2822 square feet, which gives us plenty of space. The location in Thoraipakkam is convenient, especially being close to Old Mahabalipuram Road. It’s a quiet neighborhood which is nice after a long day at work. The swimming pool is a great amenity, and my kids love the children's play area. Security seems to be good with 24x7 guards on duty. The price was within our budget, around 3.25 Crore. We are happy with the overall setup.
