We booked a 2 BHK flat that's about 1013 Sq.ft. The price was around 45 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The project has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are great for staying active. The construction looks solid, and the rooms feel spacious enough for us. We also liked that it comes with 2 balconies and a utility space, which is often missing in newer constructions. The developer, Catalyst Properties, seems to be on track with the March 2026 completion date. Overall, it seems like a good investment for us at this stage.

The budget was between 38.75 Lakh and 52.07 Lakh, and we managed to get a good deal for the 3 BHK. The finishing touches are what we are waiting to see.
