The plots are available in sizes of 1000 Sq.ft and 1500 Sq.ft, and the budget fits well within my savings, around 15-16 Lakhs for the size I chose. The project by Yume Homes and Lands is ready to move, which is convenient. It is also close to St Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is useful for families. My only reservation is that the developer hasn't provided OC details, which makes me slightly uneasy about future approvals. However, it's a developing area with good potential.
