I am buying a flat in CARP Sai Sumukha Samruddhi for my parents who are living in Bangalore. They wanted a comfortable and secure place in JP Nagar, 8th Phase. The project is ready to move, which means they can shift in immediately. I checked the specifications and the 3 BHK flats have built up areas starting from 1235 Sq.ft. The price is in the range of 1.81 Cr to 2.44 Cr. Carp Properties seems to have completed this project a while back, back in 2013. The amenities like the swimming pool, landscape garden, and amphitheater are great for retired people. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is also important for them. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.

We looked at the 2 BHK configurations, which are between 1125 Sq.ft and 1170 Sq.ft built up. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 1.81 Cr for the smaller ones, but the location is excellent, close to Kanakapura Road and Bannerghatta Road. It’s a ready to move property, which is a huge advantage. The Vastu compliance and the gymnasium are big plus points for us. My partner is also excited about the cricket pitch. The only small issue is the parking can feel a bit cramped if you have larger vehicles.
