I was looking for a comfortable 3 BHK in Ahmedabad and Capstone Zuri caught my eye. The built-up area of 968 sq.ft is quite spacious for a single peon or even a small family. The location in Zundal, near Vaishnodevi Circle, is developing nicely and it's convenient to reach CBD Mall which is nearby. I liked the idea of having a dedicated Yoga/Meditation Area and a Gymnasium within the complex for fitness. The price point of 66.64 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the amenities offered. Security is also a priority for me, so the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and Security Cabin are reassuring. Construction looks solid, and the project is ready to move in, which is a big plus.

We particularly liked the children's play area and the Gymnasium. Being close to Swami Narayan School, nearby, is a huge convenience for our kids. The location near Vaishnodevi Circle is well-connected. The price starting at 66.64 Lakh is a bit stretched for our budget, but we are hoping the bank loan will be approved. While the project is ready to move in, the completion date being December 2025 is a bit confusing, I hope it means minor finishing touches. The price of 66.64 Lakh is acceptable for this area and the amenities provided. The nearby Swami Narayan School is also a plus, even though I don't have kids anymore.
