This is my fit property purchase, and I chose a 2 BHK in Cansa Square. The built-up area of 1175 square feet felt like a good starting point. I liked that the project is ready to move in, so I could see exactly what I was getting. The developer, Cansa Constructions Pvt Ltd, has a decent reputation. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road, nearby, is useful for travel. However, the parking space in the building seems a bit limited, which might be an issue if I get a second car later. It’s a decent fit investment, but I’m still getting used to the responsibilities of homeownehip.

Moving to Cansa Square was a great decision for our family. We purchased a 3 BHK flat, and the 1761 square feet built-up area provides ample space for our two children and us. The location in Kaggadasapura is convenient, especially with HAL PUBLIC SCHOOL being nearby. Getting to Cloudnine Hospital on Old Airport Road, close to here, is also straightforward. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it feel peaceful. While the project is ready to move in, we did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which is a minor inconvenience we hope will resolve soon.
