    This is my fit flat purchase and I wanted something reliable. Calcutta The 16 by Calcutta Shelter seemed like a safe bet as it is ready to move. The location in Kalighat is excellent, very close to the metro station and schools. I really liked the idea of having 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are standard but important. The building looks well-maintained from the outside. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is the traffic noise sometimes, as it is close to a main road. But given it’s my fit investment, I feel it’s a good start.
