SM Promoteand Constructions offered plots that are ready to move, which is a big advantage. I looked at the 1783 Sq.ft plot, it felt spacious enough. The nearby Minjur Railway Station Bus Stop is nearby, making it easy to travel. While the price was within my budget, I do worry a little about the dust from ongoing construction nearby. However, the promise of 24X7 water supply and power backup is reassuring for my needs.
