We booked a 2 BHK flat which is about 1135 Sq.ft built up. The flat size is adequate for our small family. Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital is also quite close, which is reassuring. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper seems to have finished this project as it's ready to move. We are still a bit concerned about the traffic on Kanakapura Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But overall, the proximity to school and hospital outweighed that minor issue. We are looking forward to moving in soon.
