While the location is generally good, the access road to the project can be a little narrow and busy at times, which is something to consider. Otherwise, it's quiet and green. Getting our kids into Poorna Vikasa Vidyalaya (PVV) School was the main driver for choosing this area. C and D Lake View is conveniently located near the school. We booked a 2 BHK flat which is about 1135 Sq.ft built up. The flat size is adequate for our small family. Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital is also quite close, which is reassuring. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper seems to have finished this project as it's ready to move. We are still a bit concerned about the traffic on Kanakapura Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But overall, the proximity to school and hospital outweighed that minor issue. We are looking forward to moving in soon.
