I picked a 3 BHK, which is 1775 square feet, providing ample space. The price point of around 1.42 Crore is acceptable. BSA Constructions Pvt Ltd is handling the construction, and the expected completion date is August 2027. My parents will appreciate the amenities like the lift and the entrance gate security. Relocating to Hyderabad for work, I needed a place in West Hyderabad that was well-connected. BSA Enclave's location in Shaikpet is good, and it's close to the Peddamma Gudi Metro Station, making commuting easier. I bought a 2 BHK flat, 1438 square feet, for 1.15 Crore. The construction is ongoing, with completion set for August 2027. BSA Constructions Pvt Ltd is the builder. I did notice a fair bit of dust and noise from the ongoing construction site, which is expected but a bit botheome. However, the gym and video door security are good features.
