    We wanted a spacious villa and BricMor La Hacienda delivered. We got the 3503 Sq.ft plot. The place feels quite exclusive, and the amenities like the spa and mini theatre are great for weekend relaxation. It's ready to move which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location in Sangareddy is developing, and it's peaceful. My only concern is the drive to Gachibowli can get a bit long during peak hou, around 45 minutes sometimes. But overall, the villa itself is beautiful and BricMor Infra Projects Private Ltd seem to have built it well. The price was at the higher end of our budget, around 6.01 Cr, but we felt it was worth it for the space and privacy.
