The 3 BHK configurations are quite large, with built-up areas ranging from 2215 Sq.ft to 3500 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. My kids are excited about the cricket pitch and the swimming pool. It's also great that Delhi Public School is only about 450 meteaway, making the morning commute much easier. The price point of 1.4 Crore for the larger villas is a bit high, but the space and amenities justify it for us. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice green feel too.
