It is ready to move which was a big plus. The price range from 1.05 Cr to 2.35 Cr was a bit higher than we initially planned, but we liked the spacious feel of the area. Parking is available as closed car parking, which is convenient. Location is Sector 1, Vasundhara, which is developing nicely. Overall, it met our basic needs for a new home.
