It's a ready to move in project which is a big plus. We looked at the 2 BHK villas, which are around 1072 to 1198 square feet built up area, giving them enough space. The amenities like 24x7 security and maintenance staff are important for their comfort and safety. Power backup is also a good feature. The landscaping and tree planting offer a nice environment. My only worry is that they might find the traffic on GST Road a bit much sometimes, but overall we are happy with the decision. Bricks and Trust Property Developeseem to have a good offering here.
