We shifted here after retiring to be closer to the hospitals and schools in Guntur. BR Hemadurga Signature is a quiet place which is perfect for our lifestyle. The 3 BHK flat with 1400 square feet gives us enough room when our children visit. We appreciate that BR Constructions kept the campus simple and well maintained. Being close to Aster Ramesh Hospitals is a major comfort for us at our age. One minor concern is that the water pressure can be a little low in the afternoons, so we might need to check with the association. Overall, the locality is peaceful, and having the bus stop at a reasonable distance is helpful if we need to travel.

I decided to move my base to Guntur and chose BR Hemadurga Signature because of the proximity to the city center. The location in New Pattabhipuram is quite central for my daily travel. I picked the 3 BHK flat with 1450 square feet built up because I needed extra space for my office files. BR Constructions finished the building well, and having high speed elevatois a huge relief when I am in a hurry. My only small issue is that the approach road gets a bit congested during peak hou, but that is expected in this part of the city. For a budget under 40 Lakh, this feels like a fair deal for the space I got. The quality of work is decent and matches what they showed me during the fit site visit.

It is perfect for us and very easy to manage.
