This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Bose Ashirbaad Apartment. The carpet area is around 344 Sq.ft, which felt like a good starting size. I was drawn to the Manoharpukur location because it's quite accessible. The project is under construction by Bose Developer and is expected to be ready by May 2025. They have included lifts, which is important for me. I am a bit worried about the parking situation once the building is complete, as it's not something I've looked into yet. However, the overall feel of the project and the location being close to schools and hospitals like BM Birla Heart Hospital (0.16 KM) made me decide to book it. It seems like a solid choice for a fit-time buyer.

We chose Bose Ashirbaad Apartment primarily for its location near St. Lawrence High School, which is nearby. We are looking at a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area is 436 Sq.ft. The project is being developed by Bose Developer and is scheduled for completion in May 2025. The inclusion of a 24X7 Water Supply and Lift(s) are definite advantages for a family. Being close to the Kalighat Metro Station is also convenient for commuting. The only minor drawback we've observed is the road leading to the site can be a bit narrow and congested at times, but this is common in established areas like Kalighat. We are hoping the internal construction quality is excellent.
