We chose Bluvian Pratham because of its excellent location, right next to Anand Niketan and SAL Education, which is very convenient for our children. The 3 BHK flats offer generous plot areas, either 94.56 Sq.yd. Or 107 Sq.yd., giving us enough space. The children's play area and the senior citizen siteout are great facilities for the whole family. While it is under construction, the plan for a well-manicured campus with green environs is appealing. The price point is on the higher side, around 80 Lakhs for the 94.56 Sq.yd. Option, but the overall development looks promising. We are excited about the indoor games facility too.
