I am considering a 3 BHK apartment, which offea carpet area between 862 Sq.ft and 865 Sq.ft, providing ample space. The project is located in Nana Chiloda, North East Ahmedabad, and offedecent connectivity, being a short distance Naroda. They also have a dedicated car parking for residents. While the project is under construction with a completion date of December 2030, I did notice the parking spots allocated seemed a bit compact, which might be an issue if you have larger vehicles or multiple caOverall, the amenities provided are quite comprehensive for a developing area.

We are moving to Ahmedabad and needed a place close to Shalby Hospital. This project seemed like a good option, being a short distance. The 2 BHK apartments have a carpet area of 860 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. I liked the idea of a Yoga/Meditation Area for unwinding after long shifts. Also, the 24x7 Water Supply is a must-have for any household. The construction is still underway, with completion expected in December 2030, so we have some time. My only slight worry is the Nana Chiloda location – I hope the traffic isn't too bad during peak hougetting into the main city.

The project has some nice amenities like a Children's Play Area, which is great for future plans, and a Gymnasium for workouts. It's still under construction, with completion planned for December 2030. The location in North East Ahmedabad is developing, and it’s close to Naroda Gam Bus Stop. The main drawback we noticed is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit of a concern for air quality. We are hoping Bliss Infra Ahmedabad manages it well.

We bought a 3 BHK here mostly because of its proximity to Bright International School, which is just a 3-minute drive. That's a huge relief for us. The apartment size for the 3 BHK ranges from 862 to 865 Sq.ft, offering enough space for our family. The developer, Bliss Infra Ahmedabad, is including a Children's Play Area and landscaping, which will be nice for the kids once completed. The project is under construction, expected to finish by December 2030. We did notice that the approach road to the project site is a bit narrow and could get congested, especially during peak houHopefully, that improves once the development is finished.
