The location in Kovilambakkam is peaceful, and it's nice that the project offe24x7 water supply and power backup, which we missed in our rental. Having lifts is also a convenience. We are looking forward to moving in by September 2024. The only minor issue we noticed is that the internal roads within the layout could be better maintained; there’s a bit of dust during construction activities nearby.
