It's very close to the Mahakavi Kuvempu Road Metro Station, making my daily commute much easier. I chose a 3 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 1436 square feet, offering plenty of room. The building has essential security features like 24x7 security and an intercom system. The price point of 1.06 Crore onwards is reasonable for this area. The only minor issue is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing work can sometimes be botheome.

We purchased a flat in Bindu Ashish a few months ago. The location in Rajajinagar is quite convenient, close to Dr. Rajkumar Road.
