    This is my fit property purchase. I chose Bhuwalka Aishwarya Gardens because it's ready to move and the developer, Bhuwalka Estates, has a decent reputation. I looked at the 2 BHK apartment which has a super built-up area of 1313 Sq.ft. The location in Bhowanipore is excellent, very close to schools like United Missionary Girls High School. The price for the 2 BHK was around 2.01 Cr, which was at the higher end of my budget, but the overall feel of the place is very positive. I was also impressed by the 24x7 security and the community hall.

    My husband and I decided to upgrade from our rental flat. We looked at Bhuwalka Aishwarya Gardens in Bhowanipore. The 3 BHK apartments seemed spacious, particularly the ones around 1687 Sq.ft. We appreciated the availability of a multipurpose room and the landscaping. It is conveniently located near schools and hospitals. The price range of 2.01 Cr to 5.28 Cr is quite high, and we found the 2 BHK units to be a bit smaller than expected for the cost, around 1313 Sq.ft. Parking seems adequate though. We are still considering our options but the project has good potential.
