The 2 BHK flat is 1238 square feet, which felt spacious enough for me. The location near Ramachandra Univeity Grounds is quite peaceful. My budget was around 1.6 Crore, and this project fits that. It's ready to move, which was a priority. The developer, Bhoomi and Buildings, provided clear information. I am slightly concerned about the lack of publicly available OC details, but they assured me it's in process. I hope this turns out to be a good decision for my future.
