We bought a 3 BHK apartment here at Bhojwani The Nook Phase 1, which has a spacious carpet area of 863 square feet. The developer Bhojwani Homes And Govind Developehas included a lot of amenities like a kids' play area with sand pits and a jogging track, which our kids absolutely love. The 24x7 water supply is also a big relief. The price for our unit was around 90 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby construction which can be a bit much sometimes, but overall we are happy with our decision to move here.

We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 600 square feet. The location is decent, close to the Mumbai Pune Expressway which helps with our commute. They have a decent gym and a swimming pool, which we plan to use often. The prices were a bit higher than we expected, around 50 Lakhs for our unit, but since it was ready to move, we decided to go for it. The overall feel of the project is quite good, and the developer, Bhojwani Homes And Govind Develope, seems to have completed this phase back in 2012. We are hoping for a smooth settling in process.

We looked at a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 675 square feet. The developer has provided good amenities like a badminton court and a tennis court, which we enjoy. The location in Tathawade is developing well, and it is quite close to the Bhumkar Chowk road. The price for our apartment was about 65 Lakhs. The only concern is that the parking space for visitocan get a bit crowded during peak times, but for our own car, we have closed parking. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are also very pleasant.
