Our main priority was proximity to schools for our children. Indira Institute of Management is nearby, which is very convenient. We bought a 3 BHK apartment here at Bhojwani The Nook Phase 1, which has a spacious carpet area of 863 square feet. The developer Bhojwani Homes And Govind Developehas included a lot of amenities like a kids' play area with sand pits and a jogging track, which our kids absolutely love. The 24x7 water supply is also a big relief. The price for our unit was around 90 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby construction which can be a bit much sometimes, but overall we are happy with our decision to move here.
