This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Bhojani Sumeru Navkar. I opted for a 1 BHK apartment, which is about 502 sq.ft. The location in Paldi, Central West Ahmedabad, is quite good and seems to be developing. It is close to Paldi Road and Barrage Road. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2028. Bhojani Developeis the builder, and they are offering essential amenities such as 24x7 water supply and power backup. The size of the apartment is decent for a single peon or a small family. My primary concern is the proximity to APMC Metro Station, which is nearby, making daily commute a bit longer if I rely on the metro. However, the overall feel of the project and the amenities available make it a promising debut purchase for me.

However, the price point was not disclosed, which makes a full financial evaluation difficult. Also, traffic on Barrage Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, so commuting might be an issue for some. I need more information on the pricing before making a final decision.

We decided to book a 1 BHK apartment in Bhojani Sumeru Navkar for my parents. The location in Paldi is quite convenient, close to Barrage Road and Paldi Road which they are familiar with. It is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2028. The size is around 487 to 502 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. I was reassured by the inclusion of 2 automatic elevatoper block and a 24x7 water supply, which are important for senioMy only concern is that since it is under construction, there will be dust and noise for a while. We will visit again closer to the completion date to check on the progress and the nearby Synergy Hospital which is nearby. Hopefully, the builder Bhojani Developemaintains good quality.

We are aware it is under construction and will be ready by December 2028. The main drawback for us is the parking situation which looks a bit tight based on the site visit, especially if we have guests. We are hoping the builder addresses this adequately before completion.
