Finding a place that's ready to move in Tarabai Park, Kolhapur was my priority. Bhima Infinity offered that convenience. The proximity to New Model English School and Junior College, even though I don't have kids, speaks to the family-friendly nature of the area. Being close to Indumati Road and Bhosalewadi Road makes commuting easier. Bhima Builde& Developehave provided a decent living space. One thing I've noticed is that while the location is central, the internal roads within Tarabai Park can be quite narrow and sometimes congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. It’s manageable, but something to be aware of.

Having New Model English School and Junior College literally a short distance was the deciding factor for us. Bhima Infinity is located right in Tarabai Park, which is a central area in Kolhapur. Getting to Nandadeep Eye Hospital is also super quick, just a few minutes. We bought a flat here because it's ready to move, so we can settle in right away. The construction by Bhima Builde& Developelooks sturdy. My main concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's on a fairly busy junction connecting to Bhosalewadi Road. But overall, the convenience for the kids' school and hospital access outweighs that.

The location in Tarabai Park is quite convenient, very close to Indumati Road and other main streets which helps with commuting. My partner liked the overall design of the project when we visited. We are still waiting to see what the actual configurations and sizes are, as that information wasn't readily available which was a bit confusing. Also, the lack of specific details on the BHK options made us hesitant for a bit. We are hoping Bhima Builde& Developewill provide more clarity soon. The proximity to New Model English School is a huge plus for future planning.

While the project itself looks good, I did notice the parking area seemed a bit limited, which could be an issue during functions or if guests visit frequently. Otherwise, a solid property.
