We bought a 4 BHK apartment here. It’s quite spacious, with a super builtup area of 1730 square feet. Being a ready-to-move project by Bhawani Group was ideal for us as we didn't want to wait. The number of amenities is overwhelming – swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, basketball court, and even a theatre! The location in Salkia, Howrah, is quite strategic, with the Howrah Maidan Metro just a minute away. This makes my commute to the IT hub much easier. The only issue we've faced is dust from the ongoing construction nearby and traffic on GT Road can be a bit heavy sometimes. But the security and gated community aspect provides peace of mind.

The price point, starting from sixty five lakh, felt reasonable for the location and amenities offered by Bhawani Group. It's a ready-to-move property, which is always a good sign. The project has a fantastic list of facilities, including a park, library, and a yoga/meditation area, which I find very appealing. Proximity to Mahakaran Metro Station is a significant advantage. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for me as an investor. The sheer number of amenities is impressive, though.

The project is by Bhawani Group and is ready to move in. I liked the idea of having a club house and a swimming pool. The price range is between sixty five lakh to one crore eight lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer, especially with the metro station so close. The construction quality looks solid. The area is developing, so I feel it’s a good investment for the future too. The proximity to Aurobindo Mall is also a plus for shopping.

I purchased a 3 BHK here, super builtup is around 1300 square feet. The pricing felt a bit high for the area, starting at sixty five lakh and going up to over a crore. Bhawani Group has a decent reputation though. Being ready to move in December 2015 was a plus. The location in Salkia, Howrah is convenient, close to GT Road. They have a lot of amenities like a swimming pool and gym, which is good. My main concern is the parking. It says basement parking for 32 ca, but with so many flats, I wonder if it will be enough for everyone, especially if you have two vehicles. The proximity to Howrah Maidan Metro is excellent, just one minute away, making daily commute easy.
