The 2 BHK we chose is 1040 square feet, which is adequate for our needs. The 24x7 security and 24x7 water supply provide great comfort. Being ready-to-move is a huge advantage. The proximity to Narayana Hospital (0.2 km) is reassuring. The area is relatively quiet, which we appreciate. The connectivity to public transport is also good. The price range of 65 to 75 Lakh is acceptable for the amenities and location.
