The location is excellent, very close to both Jamnagar Road and Nana Mava Road, and importantly, near Nirmala Convent School and Synergy Supepeciality Hospital for my parents' convenience. I opted for a 3 BHK with 669 square feet carpet area so they have ample space. The developer, Bharmal Infratech, has confirmed it’s ready to move. The inclusion of power backup is a critical factor for them.
