The proximity to GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital is a huge relief, nearby, and Elpro International School is also right there. Having a senior citizen siteout and ample green space is important to us. The 3 BHK flats are spacious enough. We visited the site and found the construction quality to be good. The price point around 1.15 Crore is manageable. However, the traffic noise from the Mumbai highway, even though convenient, can be a bit much sometimes. We are hoping the internal roads and project landscaping will mitigate this. The indoor games and table tennis are nice touches for visito
