The 1 BHK apartment has a carpet area of 549 square feet, which is quite comfortable for one peon. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is decent, though the traffic during peak houcan be a bit much getting to the main road. I appreciate the closed car parking facility as it keeps the vehicle safe. The landscaping looks nice, and the rainwater harvesting system is a good initiative for sustainability. Overall, it's a good place for someone working nearby.
