This is my very fit property purchase. I chose Bhakti Park because it's ready to move and the prices were attractive for a 1 BHK flat, starting from around 13.41 Lakh for the smaller units. The carpet area for a 1 BHK is around 244 sq.ft, which is decent for a single peon like me. I really liked the idea of having a club house and a gymnasium available for use. The location in Talegaon Dabhade is developing well, and it's good that the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway is not too far. The developer, Bhakti Developer, has completed the project, which gave me confidence. I am still waiting to see the OC status.

We needed a place close to schools for our children, and Bhakti Park is a short distance Rambhau Parulekar Vidyaniketan. That was the main reason we chose this project. The 1 BHK flat we got is 415 square feet, which feels a bit small for a growing family, but it's workable. The project offe24x7 security and water supply, which are important for us. They also have a children's play area and landscaping, which the kids seem to enjoy. The price for this larger 1 BHK was around 22.82 Lakh. One thing we noticed is that the road leading to the project can get a little congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.
