While the basic amenities are present, I found the parking area to be a bit cramped, which might be an issue for visitoThe connectivity to Delhi-Badarpur Border is good, but the immediate road access requires navigating internal lanes.

We recently bought a 3 BHK here and are quite happy. The 2250 square feet built-up area is exactly what we needed for our growing family. Property Manageseem to have a decent track record. What we really liked was the proximity to the highway; reaching Noida for work is manageable, nearby. The price of 1.1 Crore onwards was competitive for the size and location. Although it is ready to move in, we did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby secto, which is a bit of a concern for air quality. However, the presence of fire sprinkleand lifts is reassuring. The hospital being close by is also a good safety net.
