We were looking for a permanent home and Bhagini Regency in B Narayanapura seemed like a good option. The size of the 2 BHK, at 1000 square feet, is a big step up from our current rental flat. Having a lift is also a huge help, especially with carrying groceries. The proximity to Gopalan National School, just under 1 kilometer away, is a major plus for our kids. We also checked out the nearby K. R. Pura Metro Station which is also very close. The ready-to-move status was ideal for us as we didn't want to wait for construction.
