Fortune Property Solutions completed this project back in 2012, so it's an established building. I checked the super builtup area, which is 1095 square feet, a decent size for renting out. The project offebasic amenities like a children's play area and visitor parking. While the OC status is not available, the building seems well-maintained. My main concern is the lack of immediate nearby facilities mentioned in the project data, but the developer has been responsive to queries.
