I chose a 2 BHK flat of 1038 Sq.ft. The price was about 1.03 Crore. I wanted something convenient for them, and the proximity to Manipal Hospital (0.4 km) and a good school was a major factor. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security provide some reassurance while I am away. The project completion was in December 2013, so it's an established building. I hope they will be comfortable here.
