Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is also at the same distance, giving us peace of mind. The Vastral Gam Metro Station is nearby, which will be convenient for my husband's commute. The developer, Beverlynn Vasudha Develope, is promising a December 2029 completion. We are a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction nearby, as Vastral is still developing. Also, the internal roads within the project need to be well-maintained once completed. The swimming pool and community hall are great attractions for the family.
