Being close to Dipak School was a major deciding factor for us. The project offegood amenities like a fire fighting system and internal roads. The price range of 58.99 Lakh to 70.0 Lakh is manageable for us. Beverlynn Infraspace LLP P is the developer. Construction is ongoing, with a target completion date of April 2024. While the location is good for schools and hospitals, the prime corner location at Nikol-Naroda might mean slightly more traffic noise than expected. We are hoping the earthquake-resistant structure provides good peace of mind.
