We needed a bigger place for our family and found Bestower Castle in Perungalathur. The proximity to schools was a major factor. Sri. S. Badalchand Sugankavur Chordia Vivekananda Vidyalaya Tambaram Corporation is a short distance, which is incredibly convenient for the kids. We are considering a 2 BHK apartment, possibly the larger one around 832 Sq.ft carpet area, so everyone has enough space. The project is ready to move, which means we don't have to wait long to settle in. Being near Manimangalam Road and Mudichur Road is also helpful for daily errands. The only slight drawback is that the area can get quite dusty sometimes, especially when there's construction happening nearby, but overall we are happy with the decision.

This is my fit flat purchase and I was a bit nervous. Bestower Castle in Perungalathur seemed like a good option. I booked a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 219 Sq.ft. It's quite compact but should be fine for me. The project is ready to move in which was a big plus. The location is decent, close to Manimangalam Road and Mudichur Road. Reaching the Sri. S. Badalchand Sugankavur Chordia Vivekananda Vidyalaya Tambaram Corporation school takes only about 3 minutes, which is great. My only worry is that the smaller carpet area might feel a bit cramped later on, but the price was within my initial budget. Bestower Construction Pvt Ltd seems to have completed the project by June 2020.
