As a single working woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. Rainbow Nest offea gated community and 24x7 security. I purchased a 2 BHK, 800 sq.ft built-up area, for about 46 Lakhs. It is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. The proximity to Chennai Airport (10 km) and Tambaram Railway Station (3 km) is very helpful for my travel and commute. The laundromat facility is a great convenience. The fire fighting system and garbage disposal are also good to have. While the price was at the higher end of my initial budget, the overall features and location make it a worthwhile investment.

It was completed in 2012 and is ready to move. The price of 44.8 Lakhs was very attractive. The amenities like lift, water storage, and maintenance staff are essential for someone of my age. The proximity to Annai Arul Hospital and Hindu Mission Hospital, both nearby, is a significant advantage. However, the internal roads within Lingam Nagar Extension can be a bit uneven and dusty, which is a small inconvenience during monsoon.

We moved into Rainbow Nest about six months ago. We have two kids in school, and the location is convenient as Tambaram Railway Station is nearby. We bought a 1000 sq.ft 3 BHK apartment. It's a gated community, so the kids can play safely within the premises. There are recreation facilities too, which they enjoy. The price was around 55 Lakhs. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially during the summer months. The car parking is adequate for our needs.

I found the construction quality to be solid during my site visit. The maintenance staff is available which is important for me. The only small issue is the lack of official OC received information, which made me a bit nervous initially, but the agent assured me about it.
