The price point of 70-90 Lakhs is manageable. Having the Coimbatore-Sathyamabgalam Highway just 100 meteaway is a big plus for quick travel. The 24x7 water supply and security are essential for me. The main concern is that it's still under construction and will take until December 2026 to finish. There's also dust from the ongoing construction which is expected. The location is good, close to the highway, but getting to the actual site involves a slightly narrow lane which can be a bit tricky with traffic. The amenities like gymnasium and EV charging points are modern. We are hoping for a smooth handover.
