It is close enough to Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Road, making my commute manageable. The price range of 24.64 Lakh to 41.82 Lakh for the available configurations made sense for my budget. I liked the apartment's layout and the fact that it's a project by Bepari DevelopePvt Ltd. The biggest drawback I've noticed is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, as it is relatively close to the main roads. However, the convenience of having everything nearby outweighs this for now.
